New Diet chart with my experience !

    Baked or Boiled Vegetable and Red Rice day 7

    Here is today's list. I could not get Red Rice, so used normal rice. But I took very little. Just one small cup of lemon rice today. I decided to make lemon rice because, while preparing this we use only 1/2 sp oil and more over we cant eat rice with cooked or backed veg. without oil. So I selected lemon rice.

    Fenugreek + water 7 AM

    Honey + water at 8 AM

    1 carrot and 2 cucumber as break fast 9 AM + water

    1 tomato at 11 AM + water

    1 cup lemon rice + 1 cucumber + water as lunch 1 PM

    15 - 20 small pieces of melon at 4 PM

    1 big cup veg. soup at 7. 30 PM

    Hello Krishnaamma,

    Thank you for sharing this diet plan and those low calorie soup recipes with us.
    My husband wants to reduce his belly fat and a little bit weight also.
    I'll suggest him your diet plan. I hope that by following ur diet plan, he'll be able to reduce his tummy fat.

    Here is my husband's Diet on that week.

    well, his diet is here.

    Fenugreek + water

    2 cups Oats (cooked ) with Labon and salt. at 7 Am

    1 tea at 9 AM

    1 tea at 11 AM

    1 cup coriander rice or kootu rice or some mixed rice and 1 cup curd rice + one cup curry or chips. at 1 - 1.30 PM

    1 tea at 3.30PM

    some snacks and 1 cup juice or coffee at 6.30PM

    fruits like apple, orange and this week he had soup whenever I had.

    That is all.

    evening snack means, he took potato chips,[​IMG]wheat chips and cream biscuts.

    + he did 25 to 30 min.Treadmill.

    So after seeing this, I came to a conclusion like this. No need to diet.
    As I said before “NO feasting NO fasting” is better than these diet up to me.

    Because with the following dieting habit My husband reduced 5 lbs in a week and I followed GM diet and I reduced only 9.

    With much struggle I reduced 9 and with out any problem he reduced 5 means I want to follow that type of diet only. What do you say?

    So I made a list to follow with out much struggle.Please go through it.

    · Morning walk or do some exercise.
    · Have a break fast without fail.
    · Have a regular meal with out much oil or much spicy.
    · Reduce salt intake.
    · Avoid taking fried items.
    · No too much snacks and drinks like coke.
    · Have only veg., veg. soups or fruits in the night. Preferably only fruits that too apple and oranges.

    right said krishnama..
    it is just enough if we avoid junk food, oily items and sweets i guess. Other than this we should also avoid untimely eating. This will help to loose weight :)
    will follow your diet plan after my delivery. Am now really scared if i see myself in the mirror. Am 34 weeks pregnant now. And i look huggggggggeeee. Just waiting for my sweet little candy to come out, so that I can do something about the way i look bonkbonkbonk

    Break Fast

    First thing in the morning take 10 to 20 gms fenugreek seeds as it is and swallow with water.
    Go for a walk or do tread mill. (I can do only 10 min. )

    Then have honey with warm water. If you want you can add lemon juice in that.

    I tried cinnamon tea also it is not worked for me :( If you want you can try it.


    For break fast:

    For Break fast we can have cabbage, tomato, green chilly and onion soup or Oats.

    Oats means take 25 to 35 gms of oats and cook it with water and a pinch of salt for 3 min. in MW.

    Then add curd or butter milk and make it 2 x 200ml cups. Have it.

    Or you can have a cup full of cabbage, onion, tomato and green chilly soup.

    One hand full of cabbage, 1 medium size onion, 2 green chilly and one tomato.

    Chop all the ingredients. Just put them in water and cook well. Add little salt.

    Take as it is.
