Hi Ladies,

Shantisubra asked me to put the diet plan in a seperate thread so that it will be easy to axcess. I told her let me ask Malathy. But I got one more idea, when ever I am giving some ideas for diet plan, let me put them in green colour., So that if you see green colour post, you can easily find out that there is something about diet. ( but actually speaking one must gothrough all the posts; this is my humble request.. Then only they can understand about the thread. without reading the whole thread I will not answer.That is my practice)
What do you say for this? shall we do this for easy approach?

thank u very much for answering me. here i would like to tell about my problem, i get pain in spine, bad neck pain, and head ace, the doctor has advised me not to do any excercise, bending works, turning head suddenly, making rotis and sweeping the house, washing clothes like this he had said few more things but being a mother of two kids we cant' follow all those and here we dont' get servent also they had given me the neck belt but i forgot it in india so now iam not wearing anything. iam unable to sit on net for long time in between i had to go and ley down for some time then only i can do anything. and my shoulders r swollen up and had became passam and hard. i think i can't do exercise, i dont have tread mill so let me see how can work out, with out troubling myself and my hubby is dead against exercise. i thank u once again for posting this deit and supporting me.

How r u doing..

As u said... anything regarding the diet u can put in green... also like some other frnds suggested obvious we will give our daily diet..

also on the 3rd day of GM diet... when u said abt ur huby's weight loss... i quit my GM diet....even after that i was into normal diet less oil.. but doing my exercise and night having only fruits (kichaapa diet main tip secret was that rite)...i feel kind of lightness... let me check my weight tomm.. ur dress fits will show the diff.. i cud find that diff... coz than losing the weight maintaing is imp.. ystrdy when we went out for weeknd i cud notice the diff....

Sorry Madhu,

very sorry to hear about your pain. I had the same problem 5 years before. From 2003 I am suffering. Now some what ok. I am slowly started walking in Tread mill. Dont worry. I will pray god for you. it will take time to cure, but surely you will be alright.

Please dont do any thing without asking your doctor. Please do as per his direction. And another thing dont do anything without your husband's wish. Because he is the first person who is going to affect, if you fall on bed. So please, please do just what you can.

This is my kind advice to you. Because I know how you are suffering with the pain.

I am fine. How are you? It is good to note that you reduced by inches. Surely you would have reduced in Kgs. No doubt. Check and tell tomorrow.I am eagerly waiting for that. So already you are following 'kitchuppa's diet'?

Yes you are correct. The secret of the diet plan is having only fruits in the night. Keep going.

Before starting the new diet plan, 'kitchuppa's diet' I want to give some home work for you all. Please bear with me.

Here I am going to give some links please go through them in this Saturday and Sunday. And prepare youself for Monday. When you plan, it will be easy for you to do it. We have to note each and every thing in a writing. It is very important whlie dieting. So first thing on Monday, check your weight in empty stomach and note it down. Cool Want to remember you.

Hi Mubeen, Vahee and other Ladies,

Dont think I am repeating. Please go through this.

Use low fat milk or curd while dieting.
You can use skimmed milk also.

Drink 2 to 3 lt. water in a day.
Take as much as hot water for drinking.

Use whole wheat products and red rice if you can.

Take as much fruits and veg. as you can.
Snack a fruit or cucumber or carrot instead of biscuit/ cracker.

Take one meal with rice or chappati. For example, If you are going to take idly or dosa for break fast shift your soup to lunch. Or take idly in lunch.

Don't forget to WALK 20-30 minutes and Drink WATER 2-3 liters with this DIET.

You cannot touch chips, and fries, snacks and sweets, nuts, pastries and pies, cookies and cakes, no mayonnaise, butter, ghee, cheese and paneer. But dont worry. Just think you have an allergy to these foods for a short period of time. Only nice part is, it’s not a lifetime treatment but a short-term treatment .

Let us do it to reduce our weight.

Question Watch what you eat after 6pm!

Yesterday while I am browsing the net I came across many facts and it is a surprise to me that they also recommending to eat less for dinner. We are also planning the same. Is it not? Here I am coating those lines.

If you eat a samaosa at 6pm, the potato and maida get digested in one or two hours. But the oil used to fry the samosa is digested only after 6-8 hours and therefore, will enter your blood as energy only after 12 midnight. You are then fast asleep and the body says that there is no work going on and no need for this energy so let it be stored in the fat cells. If you are working out for two hours at 7 pm, even that will not burn it off, simply because it is not available yet. Whatever fat is consumed after 6 pm is 100 percent stored away as fat. The major cause for today’s obesity could be this. People hardly eat during the day and start snacking at 6pm, again drinking and snacking, then eating their one good meal, dinner, and topping it up with a dessert. While they sleep all the fatty food just gets stored and they grow fat by the minute. Again, the morning workout without eating much does not burn this fat. When the body pulls out stored fat it pulls out only a bare minimum to get you through the day. When it stores it stores every bit of what you have put in. So if you want to be healthy, be wise and eat well in the day. You need food to work and play from morning through the day and less at night as you go to sleep.

So what we are planning is correct. In our new diet plan also I am recommending you to have only fruits in the night. Try it for one week you feel the difference. Me and my husband are following this for the past 1 month and I can see the difference in us. We are taking less cal. food in the night that is why we are taking raw fenugreek seeds in the morning to avoid ulcer. So you also take that.
