    Hi Friends,

    I can lose a minimum of half kilo to 1 kilo in a week for certain if I keep very clean eating habit and minimal exercise. Only one thing I will need is sheer determination and nothing else. And that is the only thing which i lack. I will easily fall out of track with very little persuasion from my hubby. That is why I have started this thread. I really have to lose weight to get pregnant. So much to lose in so little time. I will be sincere to this thread and I will not cheat.

    If you are interested and if you are in my category like you want to reduce certain amount of weight within set time frame for any occasion or health problems accompany me., Let us join hands and try to reduce weight.

    I am starting today and I have decided I am going to stop eating non-veg except eggs for time being., Craving Non-veg is one big draw back for me., I can't remember portion control with non-veg. So i have took this decision. It would be easy for me to cut it out completely. Because whenever I touch non-veg food it costs me big amount of calories in a single meal which is a big hindrance to lose weight. So no non-veg from today. Praying God to give me the will power.

    Aug 31 2015 :

    ES - Methi water
    BF - 1 apple
    SN - 1 cup sugar cane juice
    LN - 1 cup rice + Potato gravy + Ridge gourd thogayal
    EVE - 1 cup Tea + 3 rusks
    DNR - 1 bowl channa sundal

    Exer - 30 mins walk

    just i want to loose only 4 kgs....and belly fat.

    I actually decided to start my weight-loss from today.
    glad that i found this thread.

    My current weight (aug 31) - 77kgs
    sept 7 target - 76kgs
    taget weight - 62 kgs

    Bf - bread toast with 1/2 glass milk
    lunch - okra with brown rice
    dinner - 2 rotis with subzi
    snacks -apples/ oranges

    @hi flutter I also want to join in this new thread.Dear don't worry much, even worry also is a factor for weight gain. be happy every thing will be great.
    don't take drastic decision no junk from to day, no non veg from to day which will draw more towards them. restrict them once in a month. and also keep their quantity limited.
    if u don't mind I will give u a suggestion eat more in the breakfast and let the fruits be in the dinner .
    and don't starve yourself as it will cause more difficulties after delivery.
    my diet today
    morning 9:00 2 dosa with chatni
    noon 12:00 an apple
    noon2:00 one cup rice, with brinjal
    after noon one apple
    night :eek:ne pastry,one sweet(a birthday party)
    exercise:30 MIN ETC
    ONE hour walk in the evening

    Here my weight is 70 kgs....my height is 5 feet 6 inches....
    target weight is 65 kgs..
    Daily morning iam doing 2 sets of suryanamsakar and
    30 mins evening walking.

    I am targeting to reduce 6 kgs before Jan 1st
    Current weight :yet to checkthinkingsmiley
    I would start my workout - ab crunches and walking from 2nd Sep
    Will try to be on low calorie diet

    @flutter good luck with ur journey.
    I'm already on the other thread started by @bdivya.
    but since you've mentioned 0.5/1 kg per week weightloss, which I'm currently doing, I would like to join as well.
    it takes a while for the body to get into weightloss, so please don't give up midway, or get stressed out:)
    I'm on my nineth week, I'm at 0.5/0.7 kg weightloss per week.
    there are days when there's no weightloss, but changes in inches.
    my suggestion would be STAY COMPLETELY CLEAR OF ANY SUGAR (juice, very sweet fruits, white starch etc)
    and reconsider non veg option, because you do need protein/fibre to make you feel fuller for longer on a diet. You could try steamed fish, grilled chicken etc.
    if you could try NO carbs diet for a day, and if you're ok with it, you could go on a LOW carb diet to achieve your weightloss.
    i understand it's difficult to stay on track when working, and so many food options around.
    try writing down in a piece of paper what you're going to eat the next day(time, calculate calories too) , the previous night before you go to bed. Have this paper with you all the time the next day, to make you stick to the plan. Give yourself +1 point for the things you eat on the list and -2 for the extras. At the end of the day calculate the total, this way you try and change ur diet and stay on track. Cheers!
