Eight Rule Diet or Clean Diet (for 35 days) :

1. No starvation diets
2. Add atleast 15-20 gms protein in each of your meal
3. Keep low carbs
4. Do healthy swaps every week (for example : instead of spread use avocado , lollies use fruit kebabs )
5. Drink atleast 2-3 litre water
6. 30-45 mins exercise
7. Rest 8 hrs
8. Choose one day or half day fasting

Sounds interesting, but no starvation and fasting are kind of contradictory. Is it like strict fasting or you can have some fruits etc?

@blessbabydust

One suggestion why cant we replace the fasting with a low calorie meal a soup or a smoothie... We can exchange ideas too...
With office work, household chores, festive season I think fasting is difficult.
Esp. with so many festivals around, we can replace meal with a prasadam (offering)

I'm also in, I will regularly post it in here.

" Choose one day or half day fasting" Is this per week ?

May be we should have an excel sheet which shows the progress. Just a suggestion.

=========== Before i say anything i would like to say I am a certified Weight loss consultant yipee after 4 months of study and practical and iam trying to implement in my real life before consulting to others . FYI : I myself have lost 22kgs in the past without FAD diets but just following clean eating and exercise ========================

@Vanivyas and @Cutemonster Thanks for sharing your concern i have advised to choose half a day fasting or whole day fastng ..

The fasting can be done from lunch to lunch (ie u skip breakfast and dinner ) or do 24 hrs fasting or eat something lighter like salads or soup day only ...

Fasting is not a contradictory concept we had this concept many thousands years ago "Upvas " meaning fasting i.e your organs required a rest on regular basis to work effectively otherwise you restless organs will fail at one stage ; just compare to your car engine.

In all religion we have been advised to do fasting and finish the day with light meal either you are a vegetarian or meat eater you have been advised to do upvas - fasting. Its all our convenience that we don't follow them .. If you are a breastfeeding mom, menustrating, sick or wounded person you are not required to fast but it is upto you to do fasting or not ... do stick to the rule except for fasting days .

Yes every week you choose one day to fast (either half day or full day)
