Breathing Exercises and 1 Hour Walk Challenge....for 3 Months

    Hello All...

    I want to start a challenge for 3 months.

    Leave all worries and stress..and do it . This will be kind of relaxation period.
    JUST RELAX
    BE CALM

    Challenge will be like....
    1. 15 min Kapalbhati pranayam
    2. 15 min Anulom vilom pranayam
    3. 1 hr walk*
    4. home made less oily , nutritious food.
    5. 1200 - 1400 calories

    *we can split 30 min in the morning and 30 min after dinner .

    Start Date : 1st August
    End Date : 30th October

    We will Check our weight on
    1st August
    15th August
    1st September
    15th September
    1st October
    15th October
    30th October

    I am going to India for vacation, so will be on relaxing mood for sure, not committing anything on exercise but try to walk whenever possible & giving small targets for 3 months :)

    How are you? It's been a long time..

    I am in.. I want to reduce at least 5 kgs.. As I'm taking care of my baby alone, I'm not sure 1 hr walk will be possible or not. But I'll definitely try.. Rest all is fine with me.
