My journey through weight loss-ALL THE BEST TO MEEEEE!!!!

    Hi,
    I have come up with a chart for myself..
    Target : End of October2015...
    : 13 kgs to lose...

    today's date : 27-JULY-2015
    End date : 31-OCTOBER-2015

    * Schedule only for weekdays.. can't keep up during weekends.. (he..he..he..)
    1. Every week weight check..
    2. 3 littres + of water intake..
    3. No junk... Only pani puri allowed (once a week..) --- im a big fan!!!
    4. less rice.. cant avoid though..
    5. Brisk (really brisk with lil sweat..)walking 20 minutes daily..
    6. Strictly stairs only..
    7. Daily compulsory yoga/exercise..
    8. Less sugar.. only once extra sugar allowed in morning coffee.. evening tea with no added extra sugar..

    July(last week) - 73 kgs

    walking : done for 20 min
    diet : ate 1 samosa notdonesmiley
    water : 2 litres
    stairs : used - no elevator! :2thumbsup:

    Hi,

    Just wanted to ask one doubt to all... Do you all do exercises during periods???
    This is the first time I have joined a gym so not sure should I continue or not. As such I don't have severe cramps but slight stomach pain and back pain do exists.
