Weight Loss group with Ramdev Baba's Yoga

Hi,
I am currently trying to loose weight and have found Ramdev Baba's weight loss as the best suited for my needs. I will be strictly following the rules laid out in Ramdev Baba's program that comes in Aastha channel (alternatively in his CD for motapa). Also, thanks for kirti251 , I will also be following the diet that is followed in Ramdev baba's shivir. All this starting July/7th till August/7th (1 month)
Here is a brief note I made to myself:

MORNING:
wakeup early --take Go mutra and hot water_lemom+honey
morning yoga- 1hour as per ramdev baba
after yoga---lauki ka juice + amla and aloe era juice
AFTERNOON :
dhalia
EVENING:
eveng yoga--1 hour
night--milk + 1 fruit of choice
NIGHT:
before sleep--triphala churna
NOTES:
NO SALT, POTATOE,RICE
Flask of Hot water ready--Drink ONLY HOT WATER ALL DAY
