My Weight Loss Journey - Next Innings..

    Hi friends,

    I am suffering from Hypothyroid, PCOS and Obesity. Have tried to lose that weight along with TTC for a year. Got pregnant this Feb but unfortunately i lost my twin babies in my 5th month. So, i am here again. My doc advised me to lose 10 percent of my weight first so my periods will get regular and i can start trying to conceive after 3 months. So i am here again.

    I would like some well determined buddies to accompany me in this journey. I want friends who are looking forward to lose weight as i do.

    Starting Weight -> June 8 2015 -> 88 Kilos
    Today's Weight -> June 30 2015 -> 84.6 Kilos

    I will update my weight every Monday. So Monday will be my weighing day So it will keep me in check to not indulge in weekend junkies.

    Hi rampuri,

    I have not started proper dieting and workout yet. I am just recovering from my miscarriage. And i wanted to lose my starting pounds as easily as it comes without straining much. I have so much to lose so i want to increase the pace gradually. I do not want to put all the effort now itself and hit a plateau soon. For past 3 weeks i stopped eating junks and hotel foods which i used to do a lot in my past. I started eating lots of fruits and veggies and drank 4 litres of water. This helped me to shed off the first few kilos. I feel my weight is not going down anymore just with this, so i am going to start with Leslie 1 mile walk starting today. I will update what i eat from today.

    I have never succeeded in losing weight before. I have tried gym, yoga and walking in the past and tried so many crash diets. Nothing worked and i too was not regular before. I was on and off in everything. Only this time i am determined to do this. And i am also just experimenting with things. I am not a pro in this guys.

    Well done Flutter, U have lost 4kg so far, just continue to do what your doing you will get there. Forget about that fact that u didn't succeed before, you will succeed this time, just keep telling your self that. If you fall off your plan, you will need to get back on to it as quick as you can rather than giving up.

    10.00 am - Methi in empty stomach
    10.30 am - 2 Glass Smoothie (Carrots, Plums, Ginger, Cucumber)
    12.20 pm - 1 small bowl Green Gram Sprouts
    12.40 pm - 1 glass Detox water
    2.15 pm - Gooseberry Juice
    5.00 pm - Green Tea + Lime juice + Honey
    9.30 pm - 5 Phulkas + Yard long beans sabzi
    10.00 pm - 2 glass detox water
    10.45 pm - 1 Mango

    Exer - Danced for 2 songs

    Great work flutter,

    i have 7 month old daughter and i have put on 7 kgs extra weight. rite now i m 70 kgs and want to shred some 6 kgs.
    being 1 today i started dieting and want to wear nice dress on my bday on 27th.
    my main concern is waist area..my tummy has loosed a lot.
