| Hi All, HAs anybody lost their tummy after a c-section.Had a cute baby gal 16 months ago through c-section.Heard i will never be able to lose the tummy after a c-section.Is it true?If any body has losed it plz tell me how?And also suggest me a non-veg indian diet to lose weight.Imanaged to lose 5kg by avoiding oily foods and sweets.At present I am 65 kgs need to lose 10kgs more.I am not in for the GM diet as i think i wont be able to survive through it. |

| Hi Jes, Yes it's possible. My son was born by c-section 3 years back and I did manage to tuck in a lot. I'm not a disciplined person when it comes to exercises so I can say that if I had tried a bit more my tummy would have been flat. You say that your girl is 16 months so it's better you join some exercise class soon. The more you delay the less the muscles will cooperate. After normal or c-section the most important thing is to bring back the muscles in position... that's what creates a bloated stomach. If you press your fingers over the navel you can feel the gap. Apart from losing the pregnancy weight you must concentrate on strengthening your back, thighs, stomach and tummy. Latha |
