Summer Weight Loss Challenge - 15th May to 30th June

    We are going to lose few kgs this Summer . This thread , we will run more or less like a dietbet challenge . No money on bet though :)


    Challenge is to lose 3 kgs by June end , in 45 days . Very much doable .

    Please do not enter your workout , food intakes here . That is upto you to plan and progress .Do low carb , no carb , more carb , carb cycling , high intense , low intense workouts , whichever works for you . Be Smart .


    Please don't excuse here will try for 1 kg , 1 inch ,fat loss ,vacation , kids sick , trips , weekend eating , P time bloated ..

    Nothing less than 3 kg , 6.6 lbs . Weight should be 3 kg less on July 1st .We are going to see a Scale Victory here . Anything less , only you will be able to do , please do not enroll . Anything more , Most Welcome here .


    Post your scale pic with the weigh in word , for the start weight and end weight .In between , you can update your weight loss . , no pics required .

    Trust me guys , this will work , I have won a dietbet in Jan , I was too focused at that time .

    Something like this . Weigh In Word near the Scale . This was taken for my dietbet weight update . Then scale stopped moving . I have cropped the pic, not wanting to show my dirty feet here .

    @rmpriya why are you being a strict opicer.. 3 kgs..i don't think it i possible for me. i will love to participate but i can't find that energy to try for that 3 kg loss..not even 1kg..so will keep watching and cheering..

    Can't take weight before Day 15 of BBM 4.0.
    I would love to join you but my past history has proved that I can't lose more than 1-1.5kg in 1.5 months.

    I have been on the same weight since Feb :bang

    I don no if it is the issue with scale or wiith me . You have been doing well last month supreep . I am just trying in many ways , checkpoints .

    Hi Priya, Thanks for tagging me in..i would love to join this challenge..

    My weight as of yesterday is 75 kg. Cant attach the pic since scale is not proper..

    Target for end of june is less than 72 kg.

    I reached till 73 in april, but bounced back in May due to shifting house and settling things here. Now that we are settled, will concentrate on weight loss.

    Current weight is 160lb (72.72kg) and target weight is 153lb(<70kg)

    Hi rmpriya,

    Been ages since I came to log something about my weight. This thread is perfect timing for me.

    My weight has been crazy- no regular exercise for past few months. and gained all that I lost last year. So a year gone in vain.

    My weight- checked yesterday evening- 78.9 (so ashamed to say that even to myself)
    Target- 76.

    No negativity, will try my best. 45 days. We can do it.

    Welcome all .


    My weight today 70.3 Kgs . Will target 3 Kgs .

    Didnt click scale pic today . Morn was in a hurry . Went for a health check up . Doctor told I am a healthy baby . She did not even give advice for weight loss . Back in India , if BMI > 25 , have to hear from doctor , to lose weight .

    I told , my problem is hair fall . She did not even bother . She told might be due to Stress . Where is the Stress now . I told her I am Stress free , happy . She did not give me any supplements , at least to keep me happy .
