Clean diet for 21 days and moderate exercise for weightloss

    Today 21st jan I am staring a clean eating for 21 days.

    I have been falling sick very often from last one and half month so my diet and exercise got affected. Planning for a clean diet for 21 days , so that I will be able to come back to routine exercise and diet . The thread is to make myself accountable and to make this happen :)
    :welcomePlease join if any of you wish to .

    My plan is

    1.No junk ( maida and processed food)
    2.No sugar
    3.No fried food
    4.Less rice (only for lunch/weekdays)
    5.More water - 3 litre min
    6.30 min exercise

    Hi Girls,
    Can I join you? I know I am a day late. But I think I did not eat processed food yesterday.

    I think this challenge is not that difficult. EXERCISE is important. Lets do it.

    Qns though:
    Cereals count in processed food? Technically there are.
    Sugar means? no sugar in tea also? I had 1 khoya ladoo yesterday and avoided more.

    Jan 21 2015

    6.30 min exercise- 30 min walk


    Meal 1- ½ litre water, almonds, methi seeds
    Meal 2 – 1 egg, boiled banana
    Meal 3 – straw berry, green tea
    Meal 4 –rice , dal, salad, brinjal
    Meal 5 – almonds, green tea
    Meal 6 – boiled green gram with cauliflower sabji , apple
    Water – 3litre

    Sanjuruby any time you can join. This thread is to bring in clean eating habit . When we come and report here , we tend to not cheat ourselves.

    Start posting your challenge and be consistent.

    Cereals, I consider as processed food. :) It is up to you .
