    Really I wanna join, I am IN.

    I always want to lose my weight, I will do the excercise for 1week( running in threadmill for 1 hr, morning 30min, eve 30min and abdomen core), after that I just loose the fire in me :( I donno why. I think I always need some motivation. Hope I will get it from IL :))

    My current weight is 69, my height is 5.8. I want to be in 60kgs.

    Reason - During my college days I was just 55. i.e 4 years back. Getting married by this year. So have to loose my weight :)

    PS - Already I am following your guidelines, except one thing, I dont drink much water :( I dont feel thirsty at all. Can you give me any tips related to that.

    definitely i I vl follow the 6 points. But last one, now I am having 3 cupsof tea BCom of winter. I vl reduce to 1 cup...

    @lazy I believe at 5 8 you are just a kg to two off your perfect weight. Not 10kgs. Look at toning yourself with a a little weight loss in the heathy way. Being physically fit is more important along with happiness.

    on drinking water see if adding elaichi, mint, lemon or any flavour that you love motivates you to drink more. Like today my water has fennel flavor

    Thanks for your reply. Yes I agree with you, on checking my BMI in some sites Its normal weight, in some sites its just over weight.

    More over, I want to reduce my tummy and thigh area. May be 65 would do :))

    Thanks for the tip. Sure I will try water with something else.
