    Hi all,

    Recently I have started using the apps, 'myfitnesspal'. You can use it by your computer and also the mobile phone. I am able to make my food diary daily, using this wonderful apps. But the problem is, I lose consistency.

    I need to have a consistency in doing so. So, I need companions. I am sure, there must be friends, who are already using , 'myfitnesspal' apps. I request them to join me in this thread.

    From today, I will post the summary of my food diary for every day. The calories allowed to every individual would be different depending upon, how many kilos you want to lose, how old are you, what is your gender, how active you are and what your food habits are. No individuals would be having the same daily calorie intake target.

    My daily calorie intake target for a day is 1870.

    Losing the continuity in calorie counting due to laziness happens to all. That is why this thread. You are welcome to join us now. Why to wait for Dec to go ?
