Dec 2014,100 miles walk........

    Hi cute walkers,

    We am here with our thread.... As usual 100 miles per month.

    you can do whatever you want, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, total body workout, yoga, elliptical, any kind of sports, anything . But the only thing is you have to squeeze yourself to burn calories...

    Join with us and appreciate , support, motivate, guide others...

    Happy walking....

    All our walkers we don't want to give up right... so here we go.... keep walking and keep updating...

    All those who are not able to complete 100 miles try this month being the last month of the year you can do it... all you need to do is walk atleast 3 to 4 miles per day............. morning 2 miles,evening 2 miles... call someone on the phone when you walk you will finish your 2 miles walk with in no time...thats the trick i been trying all the while hahaha...

    Would like to join... have been trying to diet and lose all the pregnancy weight... though i havent gained weight... i havent been able to lose... because... the day i start my diet and exercise... some or the other health issues with my toddler and i am back to square one within days... this time i have made up my mind... target atleast 2-5 kg within my birthday atleast...

    1 hour yoga 10 min weights in the morning.
    45 min walk in hhe evening.

    Dear jyotsna,
    here we update in terms of miles covered.if it's cardio like treadmill, update the reading the machine shows.if it's something else like strength training or yoga, every 15mts would be equivalent to 1 mile..add up the miles for the day and update accordingly..you can give breakup...details like how many miles you covered for a particular workout.
    this is how we add up the miles for the month...we target to reach 100 miles by the end of the month..hope Iam clear

    Remember someone saying about tracking weight..I totally forgot about this...or may be overlooked! Whatever be the reason, I din post my weight updates here in this thread..Will do it this month.
