December month challenge 60 min walk everyday......

    Two Golden rules to follow in this month.

    First rule: walk or jog for 60 min compulsory...
    Second rule : won't take food after 6.00 p.m. only fruits for dinner.

    Hello,

    :lol:. Just was waiting for a new thread to start. I would luv to join you chitra albeit slight change in my diet style. The changes will be as follows
    1. I will not eat anything after 07:30 p.m.
    2. Dinner will be inclusive of either fruits/ salads/ curd/ soups/ boiled eggs/ soya chunks/ tofu/ paneer etc.

    I will walk for anywhere between 50 minutes to 1 hour daily.

    hi i want to join, as of winter i can't go out to play with ds

    i am following these in week days

    1. morning 30 min LS walk
    2. 20 min walk while picking ds from bus stop
    3. 30 min spot jog in evening after 6.
    3. having dinner within 7:30....
    i can't have before 7 and i will have dinner with carbs , proteins and fiber so my meal will be with roti/dosa with subjis

    I was also waiting to join a new thread. To get some inspiration. In fact I never joined any thread before coz I know I cant follow them.
    But don't u think 60 min is too much ... I am not discouraging u people. Sorry, if u all felt so. But for beginners it is not advisable to walk so much as muscle cramps may occur.

    I am in for 30 minutes per day. Will increase gradually.

    Hi Vani.... As you said for the beginners it will be impossible... But if you start doing workouts, you will be addicted to that..

    nothing is impossible if you have interest, if you have enough time you can definitely do it.. All the very best...

    Thanks for joining with me girls. friendssmiley

    Completed my 2 Golden Rules:

    1. Walking - 7.00 a.m to 8.00 a.m on treadmill.
    2. Dinner 1 cup oats - 6.30 p.m.

    My secret notes:
    1. big breakfast - (4 idly ) - 8.00 a.m
    2. Mild Lunch (chapati 1 pcs + gravy ) 12.00 p.m
    3. Coffee + masala peanut - 4.00 pm.


    Big FULL STOP for eating after 7.00 p.m :thumbsup......
