NOV 2014 100 miles challenge...

    Hi cute walkers,

    We am here with our thread.... As usual 100 miles per month.

    you can do whatever you want, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, total body workout, yoga, elliptical, any kind of sports, anything . But the only thing is you have to squeeze yourself to burn calories...

    Join with us and appreciate , support, motivate, guide others...

    Happy walking....

    All our walkers we don't want to give up right... so here we go.... keep walking and keep updating...

    Can we just make a little change of checking weight... every two weeks or how ever you guys want so we know our hard work is getting us some good results.....its all your choices... please pass your suggestions too..

    how do you log here when someone does cycling? I usually don't log since it looks very unreasonable....I mean with minimum effort you cover lot of miles....is there any other rule that the thread follows like the one for strength training? Like for 15mts we clock 1 mile?
