No Rice, No Sugar Challenge.....

    Started from today on wards "No rice , No sugar " challenge and I don't know how it will work out aiming to loss weight ....

    Hi Jothi, will join you in this, starting tomorrow for the next two months i.e until end of Oct.

    One exception is having sugar in my tea. Once a day.

    all the best. I think removing rice completely is possible. Processed sugar too. But what about the natural sugars that are found in food. Just giving you a caution. When you try to wean off something you are used to you will have side effects like cravings thirst irritation.

    So take it slowly. It is not easy but not too difficult.plan your meals ahead do your shopping accordingly. Allow yourself a cheat day.

    Comittment, consistency and control the three c's that give wonderful results even under uncontrollable situations.

    Today morning eat 1 cup wheat noodles and afternoon lunch oatmeal with green leaves and steamed tofu....

    Ya i will try as much as i can ....my ever lovable dresses are waiting so i think i will....

    I join you until the end of next month. I will see what difference it will make to me.

    Coz this is about sugar, we must be aware of hidden sugars...Diet cokes,sweets, flavored juices(Maaza etc). They put atleast 1/2 kilo sugar in each of these bottles.

    I generally take brown sugar for its unique taste and I love hot foods, but I am a culprit when it comes to sugar in tea and cofee. Also choclates, so will see what sugar-cut does for me.

    Will start from 1st Sep and that includes 1 cheat a week for the next 8 weeks!

    Started only today I don't know how will I stay..... I decided to put my goal in wardrobe ...my weight is just fluctuation from 59 -60.3 and believe because of my chums .........anyway this will keep my craving in control ....

    26th :
    Breakky : sweet potatoes
    Lunch :sardine lettuce salt and pepper salad
    Dinner : wheat dosai +fish curry

    Workout : 30 mins power walking + 30 mins treadmill
