    Aug challenges: First 10 days:

    Maintaining calorie deficit of atleast 100 calories after food and exercise.
    Breathing routines
    Meditation
    Mini morning workouts.


    Will work on increasing the deficit calories once I am mastered in this.To start with 100 calorie deficit itself is a big challenge.

    Not a good meal today.

    cucmbers,bread sandwitch,tea
    bread sancwitch,brussel sprous,tea
    granola bar,milk
    b.rice,paruppu thogaiyal,yogurt,mixture

    Exceeded the calorie limit way more...
    consumed extra 1000 calories!
    Was bingeing and

    Exercise: walked for 90 mins moderate pace.
    morning did some stretches for 10 mins.

    Over all, had a rough day and upset for almost every thing.
    Let me go to bed and wake up fresh.
