    BF: 1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita or boost
    L: wheat chapati, brown rice, curry, beans & 1 boiled egg white
    E: 1 apple
    D: 2 roti & rajma
    1 cup boost

    Workout:
    Treadmill - 60 mins - 340 calories
    Elliptical - 30 mins - 117 calories

    Wt:
    June 1 - 159.4 lbs
    June 26 - 155.8 lbs (lowest)

    My weight fluctuates between 154.4 to 155.8 lbs so i'm aiming for 155.8 lbs by June 30.

    I am also in Team 4. My weight may touch 71 kg , by 30th June, about which I am not sure. But, weight till 30th June before posting my weight, Sridevi. !

    Right now I am 71.5 kg (maintaining the lost 0.5 kg) in this month, IN YOUR JUNE THREAD !

    1 cup buttermilk
    E: 1 coconut donut ( so I did extra walking today)
    D: 2 dosa, Peas curry ( yet to have)
    1 cup milk (yet to have)

    normal walking after eating donut
