No Sugary Junk Foods - June '14 Challenge - Most Committed Loser

    Hi Ladies,

    This months challenge is to avoid all sugary junk foods. When watching our weight sugary foods can be worse than fatty foods. We can indulge in them once in a while, but when we have them regularly it could be the reason for the kilos/pounds to add on.

    So for 2 weeks join us and commit to saying NO to all sugary junk foods. Its only 2 weeks, its not a long time, you can do it.

    If your eating deep fried foods often - 2 weeks without it will make the worlds difference, you will feel lighter and healthier.

    This challenge starts on the 17th, so you have a few days to get ready for it :)

    losing weight requires that to stay away from all these sugary foods and burn calories it willnot only give you energy but will suit you
