STARTING ON THE 17TH!June Challenges for The Most Committed Loser Contest

    To keep fit and maintain our shape we need to stay committed, so we are introducing our monthly contest to find the most committed loser.

    Anyone can participate and the when you successfully complete a challenge at the end of the 2 week period, you will get 1 entry to the lucky draw. The more challenges you complete the higher the more entries you will get.The winner is then annouced as the Most Committed Loser of the Month.

    Check out April's Winners and the prizes they won here.

    Each challenge will have its own thread and is now open.
    From the 17th to the 30th you will have to post on a daily basis to show your commitment. You can also tell us about what struggles you met with to stay committed and share tips to help other IL’ites.


    The Challenges for June 2014 are:
    Drinking 1.5L of water everyday
    Exercising for a minimum of 15 mins every day
    Eating no Sugary Junk food

    My updates for today
    Water : 2 ltrs
    Exercise : Walking 15 mins, could not do more as felt tired(coz of periods)
    Sugary junk food : could not control:-( landed up eating 2 good-day biscuits..

    Hi all....i have just joined indusladies today ...need real good motivation to loose atleast 6 kgs....my height is 165 cms ...so i think ideal weight range is 60 - 65 kgs...iam 71 kgs...regained after loosing it last year....need all help ,advice and motivation....fellow women commited to loosing weight...no time like NOW...so today onwards..2 litres water...45 mins exercise...no junk food and drinks till 65 kgs...
