Thumbs down veg.Diet plan

Hi to all,
this is the Diet plan given to me by Dietician....
Have luke warm water with 8 drops of lemonjuice
after half an hr have 1 cup of coffee or 1cup of cornflakes---- 6-7am.
1 fruit/veg.soup---- 7.30-8.30am.
Breakfast:3 dosas/4idlis/1cup pongal-----9-10am.
Glass of buttermilk----11-11.30am.
Lunch: 3 pulkas/1 cup veg.pulav or mixed rice
1 green leafy veg,dal/subji 1cup-----1-2pm.
1 cup coffee,no snacks-----3-4pm.
veg.soup/fruit juice/salads/boiled veg/handful of nuts------6-7pm.
Dinner should b very light----8.30-9.30pm.
10pm go to bed.
monthly twice fried foods,sweets..have cereals,millets more to ur food,have paneer weekly once,1/2 litre milk,includes curd. have as much of veg,fruits,whenever u feel hungry. banana,chikoo(sapota) will put weight,should b avoided.
Sunday is ur enjoy.....have what ever u want...
walk half an hr daily,swimming is the best to reduce the weight,maintain the body fit,slim...

Thanks a lot for sharing this. Being a veggie, I could never find the right diet plan. This seems more like what I'll stick to. Will start out on this soon and let you know about the results. By the way, how long have you been on this diet? And what exercise do you do? Any results so far?

Anitha, this month only i have started....Dietician told it'll take time,she told me to meet after 2 months......suddenly u can't reduce the weight quicker,itz not good for the body also....

Ur diet plan is good. my Doctor told Tennis also one of the way to keep fit. he told we can see the results within three months. iam gng to try that 1y.
