    I am back in IL.. after a long break..
    Kudos to you all for starting a new thread and keeping it active as always..

    I have to loose a loot...and I have to take baby steps of healthy life style all over again.. :(.

    Just once a week. On weekends morning b4 u eat anything n after u wake up. Take that into account. Same during periods. But during periods weight might show up more due to bloating

    hi everyone
    todays update its a cheating day:p
    breakfast 250 milk milk with 2 milk rusk
    lunch chipotle burrito bowl without cheese and cream
    1/2 piece of choclate pastry
    dinner thai noodles with lemon chicken and a cup of chicken biryani
    exercise 2 miles leisure walk

    Its never a cheat day. Its never supposed to be a cheat day. Its always a cheat meal. Only one junk meal once a week..

    its a high intensity workout for 7 minutes...one more which i like Official POP HIIT Series

    quinoa is a good choice.try millets(lot cheaper too), buckwheat, raagi grains, sprouts etc..its good that you have started jogging...you can gain good stamina by slowly and consciously increasing the distance you jog and running is a definite and faster way to burn calories...walking will be effective only if its a brisk walk and done for long time(an hour in the morning and hour in the evening) and if your diet is to a T 90% of the time but it is also the safest exercise during PMS times or if you have ailments/muscle cramps. If you have just started exercising cardio is the best with weight training/strength training slowly added in...
