Exercise Everyday - April'14 Challenge - Most Committed Loser

    Hi Ladies,

    This month's challenge is to exercise everyday. You can choose how you want to exercise and for how long as long as your moving. It can be anything from a 10 min brisk walk to a 1hr spin class at the gym.

    For 2 weeks commit to exercising every day. Remember its okay to start small, as long as you are doing some sort of exercise you are on the right track.

    Small changes will end up making the biggest differences. Its only 2 weeks give it your best and you will be surprised by how you feel and look.

    This challenge starts on the 5th, so you have a few days to get ready for it :)

    I am in for this challenge.. i am doing 3 miles most of the day but skipping few days... so just want to stay regular with workout and like to check if my weight comes down....

    today is the day... do we post our workout on the sameday for example if we do 3 miles today just post it here today..????

    I'm in.
    Had to work smart to hit(shed) the stubborn plateau.Weight loss is not a matter,only FAT LOSS and want to get rid off those tummy folding,hip and butts shrinking.So expecting inch loss thru tightening and toning.

    Morning 20 minutes yoga + stretching.
    From 9-10.30 am - 1 1/2 hrs Gym workout.(cardio,efx,cycling,back kicks,weights,floor exercise)
