21 Days Challenge - April 1st - April 21st

    Hi Ladies,

    Consistency makes a successful weight loss. Here I want to challenge my self for 21 days with the below rules. 21 days if one follow a routine it will become a practice.

    One who will participate must do the below every day for next 21 days.

    1. 8 glasses of water
    2. Min 30 mins work out (Your choice - yoga, pranayama, walking etc)
    3. Following a diet plan (Your choice - portion control/ any pre defined diet you make up before April 1st).
    4. Atleast 1 cup of herbal tea( green tea, ginger tea etc)

    Come join me for this 21 days challenge.

    I will come up with my exact diet plan for 21 days by 1st April.

    April is a month filled with special occasions for me, so I need this challenge to moderate my sweet intake. My challenge will be to moderate my diet and to include green tea in afternoon snack(Since 1 & 2 are already being followed). I will post my daily diet from 1st onwards which will help me in achieving a more healthier lifestyle.Thanks for starting this thread Sweety.

    My Plan.

    1. AVOID WHITE RICE
    I am thinkig to avoid white rice in normal days at home for next 21 days. Except if I go to a party and I don't have an option I will be consuming 1 or 2 tbl spoons only for next 21 days.

    2. DAILY 8 glasses/2 ltrs water
    3. Consume only 1200 to 1400 calories per day.
    4. No deep fried foods
    5. Daily atleast 30 mins exercises.

    Hi All,

    Im Planning to follow the below diet plan

    Breakfast: 2 brown bread slices with Jam/sandwich or broken wheat upma or 3idli with chutney

    Midday snack: half apple & 1 glass thin butter milk

    Lunch: 3 medium rotis with sabji, dal & raita

    Evening snack : Green tea & roasted poha

    Dinner : 2 slices of brown bread with veggies sandwich / 2 wheat dosas with sabji
