Working Moms Daily workout Group...

    hi all,

    Please do not take me wrong for naming the thread like this..i use to workout earlier now because of other stress working full time with naughty toddler around the house cant even workout 3 times a week. being working mom its hard to catch up with other things and along with workout. i like to workout to relieve my stress mainly which i am facing right now, and to stay in shape rather than losing weight, if anyone is intersted please join in.. and keep updating your daily workout along with your diet so we can encourage each other all the way thru... best of luck everyone...

    my daily routine i want to include taking a liter of green tea...which did help me look better and feel lighter...

    workout atleast 30 mins a day rest upto each one...

    i prefer to do LS 2 miles as of now as i did took a break so far not able to do 3 miles now.. so want to start of with 2 miles for two weeks then try to increase to more miles...

    If now able to LS atleast we can walk for 30 mins... that will work..please come join in...

    ls 2 miles, walk in park more than one hour,its so hard to workout with kids so thought to go to park.. 3/22 didnt get time to update yday....

    LS 2 miles, 3 miles fast walk... 3/23 lot of workout for me in a day but i did it....

    LS 2 miles, came home couple of hours late from work... so only 2 miles...3/24

    NO workout on 3/26, this is what I am talking about we say we will do it later and relax on the couch then we don't feel like doing it later on...

    I like to post here my diet so that will help me look up what all I need to stop eating............

    bfast veggie sandwich

    lunch wheat upma

    dinner late little rice,one health flour dosa.
