    22nd July Updates :

    Meal 1 : 3 idlis + onion tomato gravy
    Meal 2 : 3 idlis + onion tomato gravy
    Meal 3 : 1 small glass bovonto
    Meal 4 : 1 glass complan
    Meal 5 : 1 bowl pongal + Brinjal chutney

    Water : 4 lits
    Exer : Did house cleaning today

    Today's Weight - 85.8 Kg

    yesterday my DD's b'day, so full day had fun & outing. lunch with family outside, dinner with friends outside. so fully outside food, for lunch had full meals, for dinner went to BBQ, so had fish, fish, & only fish with lots of cucumbers & 3 tbspns curd rice, dint have any other food from buffet not even icecream .

    23 rd july

    BF : 1 idli + methi leaf & drumstick sambar + 1 cup women horlicks
    lunch : rice + sambar + egg
    evng : B'day cake + few chips
    dinner : 2 ragi dosais + sambar.

    sterday no workouts, but today did lots of workouts,

    45 mins cardio
    30 mins floor exercises
    30 mins step board workouts (group class).

    Yea. I will work on that. Just being alone at home and hubby eats only breakfast and rarely dinner at home. I feel very lazy to plan and make healthy food just for me alone. But am trying to change it. To start with i am trying to avoid junk foods. Will start eating more good foods.. :)

    23 July Updates:

    Meal 1 : 3 moong daal dosa + Ginger Chutney
    Meal 2 : carrot-tomato-cucumber-capsicum salad with lil salad dressing
    Meal 3 : 3 slices pineapple
    Meal 4 : karamani sundal
    Meal 5 : Mutton Biriyani :(

    water : 4 lits
    Exer : LS 4 miles walk

    I think i should transfer salad, oats, fruits type of food to dinner. I had salad for lunch but at night i wanted to eat mutton biriyani so much. Couldnt control myself. So ordered and had it from hotel. :(

    I following my diet kinda well..but not much work outs nowdays..shd start working out regularly..will check my weight and update u all :)

    Neethu, try controlling for dinner cos that ll help u lose weight drastically..its a tough thou..dont give up..even i too face the problem..but trying to have a control..

    Good morning.. have a nice day..
    I have reduced 2 kgs in a month..SO happy happy..I hope to follow my diet properly to reduce more..

    i started having light food for dinner like fruits, and milk..and for bf - sprouts and green tea..lunch will be normal - 2 cups rice, i cup veggie..in between lots and lots of water.

    U guys can also try this..:thumbsup

    congrats yogini.

    for the past 3 days, not feeling well, severe cold & fever. went to Dr., gave medicine.

    no diets & no workouts for the past 3 days.
    My DD is not well from morning so don't know whether can go to gym 2morrow.

    Hi friends,

    My periods has not yet stopped. today is 16th day. :( My doc was giving more and more medicines and harmones of powerful dosages. Suffering severe low back pain daily. Got fed up with her treatment. So thought of changing to siddha medicine. Today went and saw a doctor in Tambaram siddha hospital and got medicines. starting it from tonight.

    Anyone tried this hospital or siddha medicines?
