    EM: 1 orange
    B: masala dosa + tea
    MM: 4 almonds
    L: choclate ice cream + 2 peanut chikki
    E: valakkai bhajji + tea
    D: adai with honey
    BB: green tea

    Water: 2.5 l

    Sunday was a cheat day for me.. no diet and exercise..

    Gals, My weekend went well but with little cheating for rasagulla and kachori... in other side i am bit ok... Today checked my wieght nearly after 10 days(battery was out, yesterday changed it)... i am 200 gms high... no prob i think it is because of the two cheat days...
    Back to track from today...
    My challenges are
    to do exercise for 30 min before breakfast
    green tea once a day
    salad in dinner...

    My updates-

    I bumped up my food a little just to give a little shock to my body.
    Also, I am concerned if I am eating less than 1200 cals a day.

    21/02- Friday
    M: Oats+yogurt+blueberries
    MM: Green Tea
    L:2 dolma+chickpeas salad+hazlenut cous cous salad
    E: 2 slices of brown bread with flora light (post exercise)
    D: 3/4th cup mango rice

    Exercise: 2 miles outside walk+45 mins spinning class
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
    22/02- Saturday
    M: Oats+yogurt+strawberries
    MM: 1 egg white+1 banana
    L: thinai+raw mango gravy
    E: 6 almonds
    D: 1 roti+1 kulcha+dal+paneer chilly (outside)

    Exercise: 45 mins in gym, elliptical, floors (25), abs
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    23/02- Sunday
    M: Oats+yogurt+strawberries
    L: 2 pieces of halloumi+baked potato with chilly sauce
    E: thinai+yogurt+pickle
    D: Pesto pasta with 10g low fat cheese+mixed leaves salad+apple crisp (‘Healthier Apple Crisp’ Using Leftover Bread & Introducing ‘No More Leftovers’! | love food eat)

    Exercise: 1 mile walk (was very sore from the gym sessions)

    Hope you all had fun weekend, ours was too...weather improved a lot over weekend for us here, njoied the warm weather outside with sleek jackets :)

    BF: bread spinach omlette and coffee
    MM: papaya
    Lunch: 1 cup biryani with raita
    Dinner: 1 chapathi, 1/4th cup rice with spinach dal and tomato roast

    Workout: 3 miles walk
