The battle to a better Me

    Hey Ladies!! Let me tell you about myself. I am a home maker and a mom of a naughty DS. I was around 47kgs before my wedding. People used to ask me to put on some weight so that I would look good on the wedding day. I gained weight around around 5 kgs for my Big Day. After my wedding I came to Dubai and gained a lot of weight just in 2 months. My weighing scale was showing it all.. 58 kgs.. I never thought of losing it at all. Even though people started saying I have gained a lot of weight, i still thought I look good being plump. So why think about others. After my pregnancy my weight went up within no time. I was eating unhealthy stuff when I was hungry. I was 76kgs during my delivery and I reduced some of my weight slowly.
    I read Shiva's blog last December and was truly inspired by her. I started working out and with little diet my weight was 57kgs. Last June I went on my vacation to India I did lot of shopping of clothes. I got lazy after coming back i lost interest in exercise and diet and gained 6 kilos. :-( None of the new clothes from India fit me right now. I have got a big tummy and look like I am 5 month pregnant. I feel terrible looking at me right now . I have tried motivating myself through all means but nothing seems to help me lose my weight.
    Yesterday Night when I was going through this forum, I thought to myself enough is enough. So Im here with this new thread wherein I will be posting all my daily exercise routines.
    My current weight is 61kgs.
    Target weight is 53kgs.
    Hoping to achieve it in the coming days slowly. My battle to be a better me starts from Tomorrow. :)

    My Today's Workout :
    Half an Hour on Stationary Bike
    One Hour Walk
    Cleaned the House for almost two hours.

    I will start LS walk from tomorrow. Planning to go on a slow pace. I feel so great to start my regular workouts :)

    My Yesterdays Workout:

    LS half a mile
    Half n hour Cycling.

    From Today I am on a 14 day Challenge:
    LS 3 miles and Half n Hour Cycling.
    Drinking two liters of water.

    I completed my challenge for Today. Well I should tell you all in my half an hour cycling I burn nearly 370 calories. Today i went ahead and burned 500 calories :)
    Hoping to lose at least a kg by the year end.

    Yesterday i could not complete my challenge.
    Today completed it successfully. I will complete my yesterdays challenge in the coming week.

    lw is really good i did start one month ago.. and it really worked for me... it sure do helps with the tummy and all...

    best of luck.. and keep going........

    i look good now i am not over weight but i will be more happy if i lose 5 lbs... and got little upper tummy after baby couple of year backs.. trying to get rid of that........ in this time lw did help me alot.. hope it do the same for you too..
