South beach diet my recipes

    Losing and gaining back is routine for me too. I feel comfortable with SBD.
    Ya you can continue with phase 1 as long as you need. But keep track on proteins. Dont exceed the limits. proteins has side effect as well.

    Warm water 3 cups , methi seeds
    Ragi idli with sambhar vegetables
    green tea, nuts 1 fist
    egg, cabbage poriyal 1/2 cup, 1 baked vada soaked in yoghurt
    green tea, 1/2 guava
    chicken soup with mix veg salad


    workout

    Ls walk 3 miles
    leisure walk==30 mins+ 30 mins
    kapalbathi 200 counts

    meal 1: 1 cup tea,
    meal 2: 1 moong dal dosa + nuts
    meal 3: 1 fistful brown sundal
    meal 4: 6 moong dal idli + 1 spn white channa
    meal 5: 1 cup tea
    meal 6: 1 cup cucumber slice + 1 moong dal dosa

    workout:
    20 min in orbitrek
    LS walk 1 mile
    hip-waist ex 5 min

    Mrithula good diet. Try to add some more vegetables cooked or raw. You can go thru this link where the blogger has explained how to plan our daily menu's.

    add more vegetables and reduce the quantity of protein. our body cells are very clever. the excess protein can be converted to fat too. and i feel you could reduce teh number of idlis in the 4 the meal if it is the standard ones, and add some vegetables.. there too..I strongly believe that you should work around the diet to suit your temperament, and body rather than being strict about it...at the end it is all about calories intake and calories burnt and the balance
