    hellO!

I'm trying to reduce my waist size and towards this end I had replaced my diet with Idlis, dosas, chappathis, Puttu (steam cake) fruits, skimmed milk, re gram, green gram, olive oil.

But someone recently told me that this wont help as idli/dosas are made of rice only and therefore high fat and carbohydrate content. I feel confused and down.

Could someone outline what the nutritional content in generally consumed Indian food stuff is? Should I just go on a fruit-juice diet, as i bought a Philips juicer recently.

I'm willing to follow a diet plan set by you.

    Thank you very very much.
