    I am back again with the weightloss regime .... :) and starting from September 1st 2013

    My diet and exercise plan are below :-

    1. 1 piece carb+fruits+1 serve protein (breakfast)
    Vegetable salad 1 serve + protein (lunch)
    Vegetable salad 2 serve+ soup(dinner)

    Exercise Plan

    15 Mins cardio
    20 Mins walking
    10 mins dancing

    Goal :- Want to lose 7 :thumbsup kgs in two months

    Hi BBD,
    I too wanna join you.I have 7.5Kgs more to loss to reach my pre-pregnancy weight. My first goal is to avoid my snacks(unhealthy ones) in evening and instead to have fruit bowl in that place.And to reduce junk food intake to once a week.

    First challenge for a week starting on sunday :-

    Breakfast :- Oats only no other food allowed for breakky
    20 mins walking or exercise

    I am good how are you doing ... thanks so much for your motivation. My baby and my toddler are doing well and burning my calories ... My weight on the day of his birth is 80 kgs after two months with healthy eating i am currently at 67 kgs and started my walking only three weeks ago .Initially my scale went down quicker with breastfeeding and walking now the scale is stagnant so iam have introduced healthy weight loss plan and safe for breastfeeding mum . It is time consuming cooking and eating with a young kids but it is worth it .. Also iam doing 30 mins zumba which is fun so i spend time with my toddler too ... sorry too long post about my whinging :(

    So cool u r gwtting back in.shape after ur pregnancy
    ...but u should definately eat more meals...and drink 3-5 litres water...the other meals should be small snacks every 2-2.5 hrs between meals such as one portion healthy fats (one mashed avacado or alice of cow cheese or hhandful of peanuts or 2 egg whites et ) as mini meals...
