    Hello yummy mummies thanks for the wishes to my son .. had a very wonderful time and celebration meals until sunday :( .... inspite of my celebration meal i have been doing 15 mins workout (cardio) and 30 mins power walk so no loss or gain in my weight still 64kg and target is 60kg ... happy in one way ...

    Starting my 21 day diet today :-

    My menu for today :-

    Meal 1 :- Lemon + warm water
    Meal 2 :- Tuna Salad + Strawberry
    Meal 3 :- Chicken tikka + veggies salad +rice
    Meal 4 :- Apple
    Meal 5 :- Chicken Soup + 1/2 cup rice

    My start weight as of today is 64kgs

    Hi yummy mummies. Have been eating regularly at reasonable proportion last two days inspite of my elder dd being sick. No change in my weight. Today am down with dysentery! So starting this week with 140 lbs.

    ====
    Meal 1- methi seed, ½ litre water , ½ apple
    Meal 2- 1 glass oats with milk , 1 chapathi with lots of lettuce and boiled chicken.( Like a sandwitch)
    Meal 3- green tea , small bowl boiled black channa
    Meal 4-1 chapathi with lots of lettuce and boiled chicken, 1 big bowl of papaya
    Meal 5- Egg white omlette with spinach and oats , green tea
    Meal 6- 1 apple
    Meal 7 - 2 chapathi , fish , 1 guava

    Water- 3 litre

    Exercise
    =======
    Walking- 60 min
    Toe touting – 50
    Kapalpathi – 50
    Sit ups - 20

    I am back, last week couldn't write regularly.
    My current weight is 134 lb.My goal is to become under 130 lb by end of October.Wish me luck.

    diet for Oct 07
    breakfast: wheat puttu with banana and egg
    snack: yogurt
    Lunch:pear and 1 glass of skim milk
    Snack:1 korean pear and some banana bread
    Dinner: 3 rava idlies with coconut chutney

    Exercise: 30 mins walk

    Meal 1 warm water with lime juice and honey
    Meal 2 Tea with biscuits
    Meal 3 Bread toast
    Meal 4 cashews
    Meal 5 Dhalia upma + curd + tomato curry
    Meal 6 tea :(
    Meal 7 rice + dhal + mixed veg curry + pudina chutney + curd (portion control)
    Meal 8 1 vada

    Exercise nothing as both my DDs are not well and am having dysentery and stomach ache

    Meal 3 :- Chicken soup+ veggies salad +1/2 cup rice
    Meal 4 :- Yoghurt (1/2 cup)
    Meal 5 :- Chicken Soup + 1/2 cup rice

    Exercise ;-

    Yoga :- 15 mins
    Walking :- 2.5 km brisk walk

    Meal 2- 1 glass oats with milk and water, 1.5 aloo paratta with sweet chutney
    Meal 3- 1 bowl barley veg soup , 1 aloo paratha, sweet shutney
    Meal 4- 10 almonds, ½ pear
    Meal 5- 1 bowl watermelon, 1 banana
    Meal 6 - 3 chapathi , aloo, brinjal curry, dal , veg salad

    Water-3 litre

    Exercise
    =======
    Walking- 60 min
    SN - 2 set
    Kapalpathi - 500 strokes
    toe touching - 50
    leg lifting ( 90 degree) - 50
    Climbed 5 floors once

    Lunch:pear,cereal with milk and 1 orange and popchip
    Snack: 5 biscuits
    Dinner:1 naan,chicken and vegetables.
