But 1 use 2 teaspn oil and less salt and spices in my cooking. Do u think that is more? It s approx 3 teaspn for me. Sweets no probes for me. Fried items are the probes. As v won't have spicy food, sum times wil carve for spicy snacks. Any suggestion?
Please do Chk my diet following week and motivate me... Point me if I go in a wrong way.. So that will not touch that again.. I have to see change this month in my scale...
