    welcome sheshin.. surely we missed u.. great that u still managing to eat healthy and walk..dont worry abt weight gain.. its common in fertility things ..take things slowly dear.. keep ur mind very calm..pls do update ur daily diet..even though ur not very strict to ur diet.. so we can encourage u. my best wishes for u.

    Hi Buddies,

    My plan for second TEN days : July 11th to july 20th.

    1. Early dinner - ( before 7.30 pm)
    2. No outside food and snacks.
    3. two fruits and two vegetables per day.
    4. walk - 3 miles per day.

    I am giving 0.25 points for each of these rules. So, totally 1 point/ day.

    july 11th status:

    I got only half points because, I didnt do walking and also didnt have two fruits.

    Hope will correct this and will show some good results on july 20th.

    For july 10th, I reduced only 0.4 kg. balance 0.6 kg also there.

    Thank you friends for liking my post.
    I was bit down seeing the scale and now happy to see
    Inch loss. Will not bother much about scale and will continue working out the same way.

    July - 11

    Coffee
    Breda peanut butter
    Tea
    Daliya pongal with onion chutney
    Egg whiteand coffee
    1 chapathi panneer curry, 1 dosa tomato chutney

    Water - 4 ltr
    Excercise - 1 mile walk... Not recovered from back pain...

    Do some stretches with deep breaths Akineel ...continuously for a week. You might feel the difference.you did great with ur inch loss dear....5 inches from hip is great dear...keep it up.

    Welcome back Sheshin... Glad to know that you lost the weight you have gained because of medications.

    Take care of your health. You can just have a healthy diet avoiding junk and go for mild walking.
