| hi friends... 1 gud idea for beginers....mrn... r evening..(exactly at 5r 5.30) instead going for all the mudhras n asanas... its better v do surya-namaskara(sun-salutation) it hold all the benefits of entire yogasana... as certain asanas me be uncomfortable for certain ladies... due to their personal comfort... after this suryanamaskara do meditation ... jus sit straight and relax... (inhale deeply n exhale deeply for 10 mins... thn close one of the nose hole inhale and exhale through the other nose hole... thn inhale n exhale through the same nose hole... thn do it vid other nose hole... here is the link for suryanaskara... 1. YouTube - Yoga: Surya Namaskar - "Salute to the Sun" (if posible try to do like tis doing along vid music.. so ur mind feel relax, improves concendration .. i follow tis type...) 2. YouTube - Yoga with Sophia -- Sun Salutation initially u do it 3 times a day...... thn slowly increase in odd numbers(5tims a day, 7 times a day.. so on) ******* 1. the more benefit of tis asana is ... when ever u start a posture inhale deeply and remain in the posture for 3 sec r 5 sec... thn exhale while releasing from tht posture... 2. the more slowly(try 2 increase the time every day r once in 2days.... but try to maintain the intervals regularly) u do the more benefit u attain ofcourse minor body pain may occur and persist for a wk r 2 as ur body need to stretch and get set for the friction created by this asana... cheers!!!:) ashu |
