whats the stage in yoga or beginner...

No worries...Its possible now...All you need only internet connection..We can teach you through webcam...in you possible free time...If u do also have your cam thatz wonderful..you can also practise and we can correct it..
I used to teach yoga for 6 years in India and want to teach here aswell.
One main thing you have to noticed is...This is free of cost...
