30-day Ab Ripper Challenge!

    Been looking at this video for sometime and wanted to try. It is two-part video. I'm sure some of you here are aware of Mason's fitness programme for abs that makes rounds in gym (every one goes gaga over its efficacy).

    Is anyone interested to practise it for a month and check the results. Tried and could not go beyond routine#4. All I'm looking for is to atleast finish all the routines (even stretching beyond stipulated time - 15 min). Yeh - thats all I aim for now!

    But why this video:

    Extremely popular!!
    And not a soul says still wearing the same jeans after training for few weeks!!!

    Requisites:

    Get a tape. Measure your waist, hips and thighs.
    Allot 20 min of every day for a month.

    Expected:

    Post daily progress here. Which routine is the toughest, where one is stuck , and anything that could make 15 min of hell ameliorating to fellow rippers.

    Desire:

    At the end of 30 days, measure again - noticeable difference?

    oops !!! really difficult....could do just little...was able to do 1st part stopping in b/w...but was so tired that couldn't do 2nd part....:bonk
