    Meal 1 tea with biscuits
    Meal 2 cheese toast
    Meal 3 almonds
    Meal 4 badam halwa
    Meal 5 bread toast
    Meal 6 spinach curry with curd
    Meal 7 Omapodi few pieces

    excercise nothing as LO is sick

    24th Sep

    Meal 1 lime juice, warm water and honey
    Meal 2 tea with biscuits
    Meal 3 cheese toast
    Meal 4 steamed broccoli
    Meal 5 curd
    Meal 6 rice with bhajji n bitter guard curry
    Meas 7 milk

    excercise - nothing as LO is sick

    Meal 3 (2) mg bread with bitter guard curry and curd
    Meal 4 Green tea with lime juice and honey
    Meal 5 half banana
    Meal 6 rice with curd and bottle guard curry
    Meas 7 omapodi

    excercise - 30 min walking

    Meal 8 cheat :( fancy fudge piece

    Exercise walked 30 min

    Exercise nothing as both my DDs are not well and am having dysentery and stomach ache
