    Here we all can share our diet plans, exercises to loose weight. Its really tough to loose weight with PCOS. So lets motivate each other and loose weight...

    SGA is it possible to shed 15kgs in 7 months??? my target is to reduce 16kgs by this year end......

    With PCOS ... i would say it is difficult ....

    But since u told me that you are depressed , if u reduce your stress then u can reduce up to 10kg

    Even 10kgs sounds good... i'll try to do surya namaskars at both morning and evening..

    I have read that losing 5% of your current weight will regularize periods. It has worked for me. What about you girls, no problems there?

    SGA, you are normal BMI I think, is the PCOS gone now?

    I don't have problem in periods. Yet am taking metformin......

    i still have irregular periods even after getiing my weight to normal BMI ( reduced 8kg)..So i guess its not true for me

    We can only cure PCOS , it wont go .....Some may get cured but most have to leave with it , but all your symptoms will get reduce ( i am still waiting for this day )

    Is there any home remedy or medicine for facial hair. I asked my gynec but she asked me to take metformin at initial days......
