Buds journey starts again

    Thank you Buds! with Christmas and New Year holidays, was out of net for a while... I was on vacation and guess have added a few more pounds. I just re-started my workouts today and this time, I am determined to maintain diet and exercise for 3 months.
    I am 5'3 and planning to lose 5 kgs by march end (3 months). I have not weighed myself for 2 weeks now:bonk, going to weigh tomorrow and will let you know the weight :hide:

    Thanks for the post Pumpkin ........Have heard a lot about turmeric benefit , Even Shanvy had said to add turmeric ..... we usually make curry out of turmeric ... Was even Taking turmeric water .... I guess i need to try it for 3months and not just few days

    Here it goes, this is my weight when I measured today morning

    04/1/2015 - 69.7 Kgs

    I was around 67 in the beginning of dec and the holiday season has added 3 kgs! :eek:mg::bang
    By end of march, I have to go down to 65 Kgs!!

    Happy New Year to all my lovely buddies.
    Yesterday came back from India, everybody told me that I gained weight.doh1
    I couldn't do much in 2014, added more kgs, today stand @ 66 Kgfaintingsmiley
    Past is past, I want to come out of this phase & from today I work on my goal.

    My new journey started from Jan 3.

    Jan 3- sat- 1 hr yoga, 2 mile walk
    Jan 4- sun-30 mins floor workout, 2 mile walk.

    You said it right, I alredy threw away my regrets & I felt great after reading your post.
    Year end target : loss of 11 Kgs to reach my goal weight 55 Kg
    6 month target: loss of 7 Kgs to reach my comfortable level of 59 Kg
    Short term goal: loss of 2 kg by January end.
