What are some effective ways of exercising at home?

    One can do a lot of exercises at home to start with Suryanamaskar is an excellent way of exercising at home. Tummy crunches,reverse crunches, leg raise, plank. I suggest you check these exercises on the internet first to do them in the right manner.

    Do not forget to do a warm up and a cool down before and after the workout. For Suryanamaskar you can start may be with five in a day and then keep on increasing the reps with time.crunches and other exercises do a rep of 8 break for 30 seconds, then go for second set of 8.Slowly increase the repetitions to 15.
