What are some ways for a working woman to say healthy & fit?

    Working women need to juggle between lots of responsibilities, I suggest you try enrolling for a group fitness class, like Zumba ,Yoga, Aerobics etc,because once you enroll for any class you have set a target for yourself, you know that you need to go for a workout at least on days when your classes are scheduled.A group fitness class would also keep you motivated to take out that one hour for yourself. If you cannot join any class then start going for evening or morning walks.
