    There are plenty of diet charts and regimes available both online and as advised by authentic dietician. In my opinion one must have a balanced diet rich in protein and fiber and indulge in activities such as ZUMBA, which is an effective way to digest food intake and shed calories in a fun way without you even knowing about it.
