What is the best time to exercise for weight loss?

    Working out in a day depends on one's preference and also the availability of time.Though working out in the mornings is more preferred time of the day by many people because our metabolism is at it"s peak during morning hours.Also a morning workout certainly keeps us fresh throughout the day.

    But, if one can not cope up with a morning workout, then, they can always workout any time during the day.After the call-center culture has entered India many corporate people workout late nights too.Few basic rules to be kept in mind before any kind of workout - Eat at least one hour before your workout. Have plenty of fluids during and after the workout. Always start with a warm up and a cool down in the end. Have a well balanced diet, which is a combination of proteins, carbohydrates,fats and also include a lot of green vegetables and fruits into your diet.
