Can I shed weight by walking?

    If you are overweight then you need to shed start with a mild walk to build up on your stamina. Once you are able to walk continuously for 45 mins without a break, start timing your walk and slowly increase your speed or increase distance, for the same time span. Walking alone would not help you to achieve your goal. One needs to control the diet too in order to loose weight.
