What is an effective diet chart for losing weight?

    Diets are usually given based on body types.what may work for one may not work for another. Follow simple rules of eating healthy food,which has a combination of fresh fruits ,vegetables, pulses carbohydrates,proteins and nuts like roasted peanuts or chanas, almonds and walnuts.

    Start your day with a citrus fruit like orange or sweet lime or lemon in lukewarm water with a pint of honey. Eat every two hours. Cut down on sugar and oil.Include lots of green leafy vegetables into your diet, as water helps in flushing out toxins from our body ,try to increase your water intake more than normal. Cut down on intake of tea or coffee. Along with this try to go for a walk for at least 30 to 45 mins every day.
