    April 16th log:

    BF:1 brown bread french Toast.
    Lunch:Big bowl dal+ littel rice
    Dinner: Little Rice+Bendi

    Exer: 2.5km walk.

    Green tea.

    Will slowly improve diet.As of now concentrating on having some energy to walk.

    Hi Sheshin,
    Hope you don't me providing feedback about your food choices.Try some modifications for breakfast.If your starting day with carbs you will feel hungry through out the day. Once upon a time I was addicted to bourbon biscuits.I even used to finish a packet a day.They do have lot of unhealthy stuff so maybe replace them with milk bikis/marie no cream/no cocoa stuff.After lunch looks like the snacks and dinner maybe little too less for the evening.Maybe tea in the evening snack will give you good energy.I'm no expert just writting what I thought.Hope it didn't come across rude.

    Morning - 1 cup warm water with honey and lemon
    B/f 1 bowl smoothie
    Lunch 1/4 bowl green beans salad+ 1 bowl dal makani+ 3 spoons low fat Greek style yoghurt
    Break 1 cup warm water with honey and lemon
    Dinner 1/2 bowl steamed peanut salad + 1/2 lagoon

    Exercise
    200 kcal treadmill
    400 kcal cross trainer
    30 min power walk
    10 min weights
    120 ab crunch

    400ml warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: oatmeal with fruits (banana, strawberries, purple grapes)
    MM: nuts and warm water
    Lunch: 1 roti with brussel sprouts-boiled channa sabzi
    MA: MW fresh corn with pepper, salt and cumin podwer and green tea
    Dinner: cabbage, carrot-lentil soup

    I am raising a challenge for myself this week and the rest of this month to achieve my target.
    Including today, I plan to stick to healthy evening snack and early dinner.
    Also making choices among veg, soup, beans and fruits only for dinner. I bought loads of fruits for this week...hope will manage the rest of the week....
