I am not having exact answer for ur questions.
but onething I can say is anything of too much intake is not good.limited may be ok.
ragarding honey also,it will also have some calories but not as bad as sugar.
The main thing is to drink hot water with lime,but we can't drink it,so we add honey to it.actually we don't need to take too much of honey in rest of the day.
If I am wrong,plz correct it.
