Very informative. But i have doubt. some say caffeine is good and some it is not. May i know which is right. Also some say that honey has to be taken only in the empty stomach to reduce weight whereas if we take it on anyother time we put on weight. Is that so .Please explain me friends.

I am not having exact answer for ur questions.
but onething I can say is anything of too much intake is not good.limited may be ok.
ragarding honey also,it will also have some calories but not as bad as sugar.
The main thing is to drink hot water with lime,but we can't drink it,so we add honey to it.actually we don't need to take too much of honey in rest of the day.
If I am wrong,plz correct it.
