Hi All,

Recently I found a website which is very useful for people who are trying to lose weight since a long time and want to reduce slowly but permanently.
Its called

FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal

Create a free account and write down your weight, goal, calories, and exercise . It has charts to show how much have you reduced and activities in a day. You can also write down daily activities in the calendar provided.
So try it out!!!!
